The personal data this site handles, the reasons, who sees it and for how long.
1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect and how long we keep it

3. Who else receives it
Only what is needed to run your day goes to your guide and our ground partner: your name, party size, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, any dietary or mobility notes, and the cash balance if you chose that option. We never pass your data on for marketing.
Service providers handle data for us under our instructions: our web host in Vietnam, Cloudflare for delivery and protection, Google for email and embedded maps, and the payment provider you pick at checkout.
4. Card and PayPal payments
Card and PayPal payments, whether for the whole amount or the deposit, are processed on the payment provider’s own systems. We see only the amount, whether it went through and the last four digits of the card.
5. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of anything the law does not require us to keep. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
Our Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use; nothing optional loads until you agree.
7. Updates
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too, and significant changes are noted on the homepage for a month.
